MLK-11473 ARM: dts: add sim1 IOMUX sleep state for imx7d-12x12-lpddr3-arm2 



SIM1 IOMUX is changed into reset state in LPSR mode. This patch
adds sim1 IOMUX sleep state in dts for IOMUX restoring.
