SPI: zynq: Removed magic numbers, Corrected IXR mask, checked alignment 



ZYNQ_SPI_IXR_ALL_MASK was defined to set TXOW and MODF bits.
Corrected this name to ZYNQ_SPI_IXR_DEFAULT_MASK and defined
ZYNQ_SPI_IXR_ALL_MASK as 0x7F.
Removed magic numbers, checked alignment.
