Xilinx: ARM: TWD: Fixed twd ioremap issue, and migrated to device tree. 



Removed ioremap from the platform data to allow twd to work with the
3.5 kernel. Also migrated twd timer from platform data to
device tree. Enable TWD related peripherals in the Zynq defconfig.
