MLK-11396-2 ARM: imx: add suspend/resume for imx6sx lpddr2 



This patch adds suspend/resume with Mega/Fast mix off support
for i.MX6SX LPDDR2, tested on i.MX6SX-14x14-LPDDR2-ARM2 board.
