ASoC: wcd9310: upgrade WCD9310 drivers for version 2.0

WCD9310 version 2.0 has different enumeration address.
Core driver needs to register another slimbus device driver
instance in order to support detection of WCD9310 version 1.x
or version 2.0 at run-time. At the same time, Qfuse control
register would have to be programmed to a new value which
is not expected to impact version 1.0.
