msm: acpuclock-7201: Correct axi frequency in acpuclock table

In acpuclock tables AXI frequency value is incorrect since this
value is greater than its neighbouring rates for a given CPU
frequency rate.

Since this change affects 300MHz cpu frequency row, which is not
used by any target, hence this change will not have any immediate
effect.
