usb: rmnet: close bam_mux channel in workqueue 



BAM mux driver could sleep during close function and usb driver
is calling it from interrupt routine resulting in crash. Close
bam mux channel in workqueue to avoid crash. Also check for
usb cable connection status before opening bam channel.
