power: pm8921-charger: notify bms upon fastchg irq 



Notify the bms about start and stop charging when the
fast charging irq triggers. For this to work change the vbatdet low
and fastchg irq to be both edge triggered. This will catch both
edges and notify the bms driver of charging or discharging appropriately
