mtd: spi-nor: Update flash parts in device_id table 



Update flash parts in spi-nor device id table to use
n25q128a11/3, n25q256a11/3 and n25q512a11/3 for 1.8V and 3V parts with
respective ID strings.
Update flags for dual and quad read support for Micron, Spansion and
Winbond parts and FSR use for Micron multi-die devices.
