ANDROID: GKI: virtual_device: add blk_mq_quiesce_queue_nowait to the symbol list

In commit 9ca428c6 ("virtio-blk: don't keep queue frozen during
system suspend"), the virtio-blk driver now calls
blk_mq_quiesce_queue_nowait, so add it to the virtual symbol list so
that the build works properly for that target.
