thermal: qpnp_adc_tm driver modifications for IIO framework 



Removed redundant ADC driver files. Changes have been made to use
IIO framework APIs for reading ADC channel information instead of
VADC APIs in the qpnp_adc_tm driver ported from msm-4.9.
