ANDROID: Add known structs used by modules to KMI

This adds `struct dwc3` and `struct kernel_all_info` to the KMI via fake
GKI symbols as we know some partners are using these in their
out-of-tree drivers. This ensures that future changes to these structs
will not break partner builds.
