msm: board: Reduce kernel EBI reserved size 



Kernel EBI is currently used by Audio only and it
needs 2.5MB (it was 5MB). Other components (Video, QSE)
moved to other ION heaps, so the kernel EBI is adjusted accordingly.

Reduce the kernel EBI carveout memory size to
2.5MB.
