defconfig: msm8960: Disable CONFIG_SERIAL_MSM 



CONFIG_SERIAL_MSM enables the legacy uart driver which works with
only Legacy UART Core. On 8960 there is no legacy UART Core available.
Hence disable the driver for the same.
