msm: 8064: Switch primary UART from GSBI1 to GSBI7

For 8064, GSBI1 UART is only available for CDP, while CDP,
MTP and LiQUID all have GSBI7 UART. Add support for the
GSBI7 UART and make it the primary console device (ttyHSL0),
switching the GSBI1 UART to be ttyHSL1.
