[llvm-objcopy][NFC] refactor error handling. part 3. 

Remove usages of special error reporting functions(error(),
reportError()). Errors are reported as Expected<>/Error returning
values. This part is for ELF subfolder of llvm-objcopy.

Testing: check-all.
