UWB Mobile stack QUWB-P1-S3

Features:
- Handling Configuration & Calibration file
   This feature allows to recover or re-calibrate a chipset DW-3000
- Support of WIFI Coex - chipset D0
   Toggle a DW-3000 D0 GPIO to stop WIFI at 1 ms prior before to send a UWB frame

Known issues:
- Channel 9 not supported
- Set invalid value in calibration changes the parameter value instead of returning an error
- At the launch of ranging the first measure fails
